Zoe-Maia is the renowned Pilates instructor, health coach and wellbeing retreat host behind Maia Well Co. Her passion for Pilates and mindful movement led her to start the retreats, to empower as many people as possible to become stronger, healthier and happier through the practice of Pilates. From minimalistic Moroccan Riads in Marrakesh, to open plan Balaeric Fincas in Spain, the MAIA Well Co. retreat venues are consciously handpicked, to enhance your experience, providing you with an opportunity to escape to tranquillity.

What to expect:

You’ll be guided through daily movement classes at sunrise and sunset each day. Designed to sculpt, lengthen and energise. The evenings will wind down with candlelit restorative sessions, to calm the mind, stretch out and promote restful sleep.

Passionate about nourishing guests with seasonal, organic plant-based cuisine, all the menus are nutritionist approved, sourced with local ingredients. Ensuring dishes are full of flavour, healthy and vibrant, all food is homemade and made fresh on each day of the retreat. The chefs also host plant-based cooking workshops to educate our guests on how to continue healthy cooking into life back home.
