Zoe-Maia is the renowned Pilates instructor, health coach and wellbeing retreat host behind Maia Well Co. What to expect:
You’ll be guided through daily movement classes at sunrise and sunset each day. Designed to sculpt, lengthen and energise. The evenings will wind down with candlelit restorative sessions, to calm the mind, stretch out and promote restful sleep.
