RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your purchase from Tyde London, but if you're not, we allow up to 14 days from the date you received your order to return (28 days for international orders).
Sale items are non refundable, we only offer exchanges.
Returns postage cost is responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE
An order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped. If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, then you will need to follow the returns policy below.
HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@tydelondon.com and we'll send you the returns information on how to proceed. Please note, items should not be returned to us without letting us know via email.
All returned items must meet the following requirements;
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Hygiene stickers must remain in all returned swimwear.
We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.
For hygiene reasons, no refunds for any earrings or other jewellery used for piercings (except if faulty).
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 working days on receipt of goods.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Note, Paypal will take 10-14 days to process the refund.
The refund will be credited in the same currency as the original purchase.
All refunds will be less the shipping fee which is a standard flat rate of £5 for UK, £15 rest of world. This will not apply for exchanges.
If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued via email.
If your purchase was made with a promotional discount code, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the discount was applied. Furthermore, the promotional discount code will no longer be valid.
If the purchase was made with a promotional discount code and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the discount.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange due to the wrong size or the item is damaged, please send us an email at info@tydelondon.com so we can discuss and help. We'll send you the returns information on how to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE
We recommend you use a trackable service and keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Duty & VAT Paid Now is a one-off fee which we are unable to reclaim or refund if you return your purchased items.
International Returns: Please indicate on the package 'Returned Merchandise', for customs clearance purposes.
