One of Ibiza’s best kept secrets is Cas Gasi, an eco conscious luxury boutique hotel which is extremely stylish and very private. Organic farming has been practiced on the property since 1995 as it is perfectly situated within four hectares of Mediterranean landscape - orange and olive groves, almonds fig and carob trees as well as organic vegetable plots surround the grounds.
The hotels daily operations exercise the most environmentally friendly methods with nothing going to waste at Cas Gasi – olive oil, jams, preserves and ratatouille are made from surplus crops, and all leftover fruits and vegetables are donated to feed chickens the provide the hotel with free-range eggs every morning.
Of course this means the on-site restaurant serves organic farm to table, fine dining. Go all out and opt for the impressive tasting menu, but the paella also wont disappoint either! Even the salads are second to none and vegans and vegetarians are spoilt for choice.
With 10 rooms and two suites, no two rooms are the same, which adds to the exclusive feel about this unique stay. The service here is really exceptional. Being owned and run by a husband and wife duo, who still live at the premises, there is a home from home feel with added luxury.

Located in the hills near Cala Gracio bay, the laid-back OKU Ibiza has taken residence in 2021.
