Why we love it?
Set in the leafy Chi-Chi Passy district, this quirky hotel boasts 59 rooms and suites with terraces and breath-taking views over the rooftops of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Interior designer Philippe Starck, has used sensual walnut woods, African stools and surrealist Picasso inspired artwork for this setting, where 1930s meets Modernism and Bauhaus. Warm colours are combined with natural and raw materials including wood, leather, concrete, glass, marble and metal and a selection of unusual objects and artworks create a cosy atmosphere.
Eating here is bright, buzzy & delicious. The restaurant hosts communal, long-table dining and the menu is loaded with Middle-Eastern dishes. Healthy, balanced and full of flavour, the cuisine is made with fresh products: minute-prepared condiments, crushed spices, cold-pressed juices and homemade syrups.
With its swimming pools, Sports club, Bar, Restaurant, Grocery store and Pastry shop, Brach is a place of culture, of well-being that we can enjoy from morning to night.

We loved that the roof of Brach is transformed into an urban vegetable garden, with henhouse and views of the Eiffel Tower. Green workshops are organized and supervised by the gardener, where guests of all ages can work the land, grow fruits and vegetables and collect fresh eggs from the Brach hens!
